Designed by ARM Architecture, this is a truly unique and awe-inspiring project that breaks the mould of standard building practices.

ARM Architecture is an award-winning architecture, urban design and interior design practice that have produced some of Australia’s most striking landmarks, such as, Geelong Library, Barak Building, Hamer Hall, Perth Arena and many more.

The project comprises three dwellings on a consolidated allotment - two side-by-side double storey townhouses at the front and a single dwelling at the back.

The striking red perforated metal façade provides a complete visual screen across the width of the site, concealing the private garden entrance to the third dwelling at the back.

The single dwelling home was designed as a monolithic, reinforced concrete structure that typifies the ARM approach to modern architectural design. The smooth, tapered columns are the focal point of the home - they gracefully curve into the ceiling, providing a soft, warm and light filled space.

Floor to ceiling glass provides abundant light and a seamless connection from the inside to the unique outdoor landscape.

The home comprises 3 bedrooms, studio, study area, 2 bathrooms with open plan living, dining and kitchen. A truly unique design and build which required extensive levels of planning, coordination with the highest level of quality and attention to detail.
